The Liberian Youth Orchestra
Today is Giving Tuesday. Until my wife, Julie McGhee, started a non-profit organization four years ago called The Liberian Youth Orchestra (LYO) I had no idea what a big day this was for non-profit organizations all over the world. Some organizations raise enough support through generous donors on this day alone, that they are able to fund their efforts for an entire year.
I'm writing simply to ask you to consider making a donation to this worthy effort of providing Liberian children a path of opportunity, hope, and dignity through music education. I can tell you first hand that this ministry is literally changing the lives of Liberian children in a profound way. The mission is simply "to teach and equip students in string music education, to provide spiritual mentorship, and to share the hope of the Gospel."
